Felix Ngoussou used to work for the International Airport of Chad. Also a current student, he managed the communication system between pilot and the controller during clearance and take off. His professional goal is to return to his job with a firmer grasp of how to implement, maintain, and improve project management and team building concepts to increase productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
