This course explores issues associated with the management of technology-driven industries in a global setting. Strategic planning and management of technological innovation and commercialization are explored in selected countries, using processes in the US as benchmarks. A specific objective of this course is to explore ways to manage the development of competitive products or services, using project teams focused on one or more countries. Classes include lectures, discussion, guest lectures, cases and student presentations.
