    Course Offerings At the CAPITAL Center In Washington County

    You can take courses at the CAPITAL Center in Washington County to complete the PSU ETM Departmentıs MSEM (Master of Science in Engineering Management) degree. During the 2007-2008 academic year, we are offering the following core and elective courses (4 credits each):


    For the full Masterıs degree program, you must complete 32 credits (8 courses) in the core, and 20 credits (5 courses) in electives. All courses are also currently available at our downtown campus.
